Questions people actually ask
- Will the free plan stay free?
- Yes. The paid tiers add capacity; they do not take away what the free plan does today.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- Sending stops until the window resets, and the interface tells you which limit you hit and when it clears. Nothing is deleted.
- Can I export my mail?
- Not yet through the interface. This is on the list before paid plans launch, because being able to leave is part of the deal.
- Do you read my email?
- No person reads your mail as a matter of course. Administrators can see operational metadata; reading content requires a separate privileged permission and is logged every time.
